What to verify
Ask for manufacturer, installation date, dimensions, construction, infill or backing details, repair history, cleaning/maintenance history, seams, edges, drainage/substrate context, and whether any warranties or records transfer.
Walk the surface where possible. Look at traffic patterns, seams, wear areas, transitions, and how removal will be performed.
Plan the next installation
The purchaser’s project may need a compatible base, adhesive or seaming plan, transport/storage protection, layout planning, and an installer experienced with the product. The receiving use also matters.
Avoid assuming a field can simply be rolled up and used unchanged at a new site.

Recently renewed turf is currently installed in the operational facility and may be available with the dome or separately. Its manufacturer, dimensions, specifications, age, and final sale configuration are pending confirmation. Review the turf listing and request an inspection conversation.
